The PM Forum’s Skills Development Platform represents one of the organisation’s most valuable member benefits, containing a rich repository of videos, reports, case studies, and articles related to professional firm leadership, management, and marketing. CoreClarity now makes it easier to find the right resources via auto-generated and succinct summaries describing the content.

The Challenge

The Platform has long been celebrated for its comprehensive collection of high-quality content. However, as the library continued to expand, members with limited time found it increasingly challenging to identify the most relevant resources for their specific needs. The breadth and depth of knowledge was impressive, but its accessibility could be enhanced to better serve busy professionals.

PM Forum partnered with CoreClarity to develop an innovative solution that would transform content discovery on their Platform through providing easy access to over 3,500 summaries of articles and videos across the Platform. Each 750 word summary contains an introduction, key points, detailed analysis, insights/takeaways, and conclusions.

These summaries allow members to quickly grasp the core concepts and determine whether the full content merits deeper exploration. The tool effectively serves as a content curator, helping marketers identify the most relevant resources for their specific needs or challenges.
